Next rnd (separate the sleeves from the body): k7, sm, k 36 (41, 46, 51, 54) (59, 63, 65, 69), place the next 48 (54, 58, 64, 72) (78, 80, 80, 82) sts for the sleeve on hold, cast-on 8 (8, 8, 8, 12) (12, 16, 20, 24) sts for the underarm with the cable cast-on, pm in the centre of these sts to mark the side, k 73 (83, 93, 103, 109) (119, 127, 131, 139), place the next  48 (54, 58, 64, 72) (78, 80, 80, 82) sts for the sleeve on hold, cast-on 8 (8, 8, 8, 12) (12, 16, 20, 24) sts for the underarm with the cable cast-on, pm in the centre of these sts to mark the side, k to the end.

You will have 168 (188, 208, 228, 248) (268, 292, 308, 332) sts for the body on the needles.
